Ideally located, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to facade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Pets must be well-trained and not left unattended unless crated. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged if returned in an extremely unclean condition.
