Enjoy easy access to popular destinations like Ocean Drive, Bayside Marketplace, and Bayfront Park. Expect some noise due to facade repairs from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM starting July 1st. Studios receive two adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed, and a $500 penalty applies for smoking or parties in the unit.
