Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Pets are not permitted, not even emotional support dogs. If smoking or parties occur in the unit, a penalty of $500 will be applied.
