Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Extra sets of linen and towels can be obtained for $25 each set. Situated in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only. Exterior building maintenance may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 may be charged if returned in an extremely unclean condition. Toilets should not be clogged with improper material, or a fee of up to $150 may be charged for plumbing issues.
