Laundry space is in the garage for an electric washing machine and a gas dryer (not included). No wire transfers will be honored for rent payments; only cashiers' checks from legitimate sources (Walmart, HEB, banks) will be accepted. A renter is responsible for all utilities and will have to open their utility accounts. There will be a Pet deposit 150 per pet, returnable only if there is no pet damage. No reptiles, spiders, or other creatures other than dogs or cats. No smoking on the property. The property is to be kept clean and in order. Identity and Employment will be verified. The lease needs to be signed BEFORE MOVING IN. NO ORAL AGREEMENTS, all terms to be written in the contract (lease agreement).
