It is located on a 950 foot cliff. Safe from any Tsunami~it is right next-door to the Entrance of Waipio Valley~ home overlooks this Sacred Valley and waterfall when it rains~ with a Black sand beach at the bottom~It is safe but requires respect of the Aina as it is a very Sacred location. On a clear day you can see the Hana side of Maui and Many Hawks! There are lots of beautiful plants and sweet flower gardens~I am a licensed Massage Therapist~and also created Sound Journeys with Gongs and crystal singing Bowls for the Four Seasons Hualalai~I offer some private massages and sound Journeys by Appointment in My Yoga room above where I live~ I practice safety protocols during this time ~Tenants must sign a Liability waver at the same time of signing rental contract.
