Totally renovated, small, one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a multi-family house. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 with a new kitchen, bathroom, floors, doors, windows, sheetrock, electric, plumbing, etc... The apartment has central heating and A/C. The bathroom has has a 4' shower but no tub. The apartment hardwood floors, quartz countertops, large windows and 9' ceilings. However, the apartment does not have a dishwasher or washer or dryer. The monthly rent is $1,425 per month plus utilities. However, we discount the rent by $150 each month to $1,275 IF the tenant pays by zelle or venmo AND on time. The security deposit is $2,137.50 (one and half month rent). The lease is for one year and renews automatically unless either party terminates the lease. We require good credit and run credit reports. The cost of the report $40 is passed to the applicant. We report payroll stubs, W-2s if self-employed or other proof of income. We do not allow smoking and there is no off-street parking. The unit is small and fully insulated with Low E windows and the central heating and A/C is a new and efficient unit so tenants have not complained about the utilities bill.
