This cozy cottage sits on a large lot close to a bus line and only 10 minutes from downtown. It has off-street parking, a large yard (not fenced), and 2 storage/potting sheds. The bedrooms each have a small walk-in closet. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator and range, a microwave and an apartment-sized dishwasher. The kitchen area is small but open to the living room giving a sense of spaciousness. Heating is by natural gas, as is hot water. There is a sizable laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry sink. Tenant pays all utilities and is responsible for yard maintenance. We will consider a dog on a case by case basis with an additional monthly pet rent. Breed and age restrictions apply.
