Washer/dryer in the home, a new stainless refrigerator and oven, with a nice backyard. $6,500/mo for the entire home, lease through 7/31/27. No pets. Students must have co-signers. Renters are responsible for SDG&E, water, and cable/internet. Security deposit is due upon signing the lease, one month's rent is the security deposit amount.
