Home was entirely gutted and renovated in 2004. Energy efficient windows, beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house, central A/C, basement entirely finished with w/w carpeting and a 1/2 bath, au-pair or in-law could sleep in the bedroom downstairs or use it as a rec room. Basement also has big game room and a back room (unfinished) with a workshop. Laundry room on the 2nd floor near the kids' bedrooms, fourth bedroom could be used as an upstairs bedroom (that's how we use it). Neighborhood Description Our neighbhorhood is truly the one of the best part's of our life and we will miss everyone dearly. There are very thoughtful and family oriented families of every kind in our neighborhood. The kids play together all the time and go in and out of homes, we also socialize together on most Friday nights in the summer and we have an annual block party with dunk tanks and all kinds of food and games and fun. We also love being so close to Bugbee because all the kids walk to school together and it's very quiet on our street, not a cut through, but we're close to Bishop's Corner for supermarkets and drug stores.
