No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The maximum number of guests is four, due to the fire code, and this is non-negotiable. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and be present for the entirety of the reservation. Please do not leave any personal items on the balcony, as additional charges may apply if items are left behind. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. The thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season, so please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. Bug spray is provided under the sink if needed. A laptop computer is not included.
