Enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom, a closet, and a TV for entertainment. Parking is available in spot #15 in the covered parking under the building. There is also street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pets are allowed with an additional $100 fee per pet, not to exceed 30 lbs or 2 pets. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an associated fee. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures.
