Kitchen and breakfast area access with light cooking.
Owner partially pays for Utilities (electricity, gas, water, trash, sewer, recycling, etc.).
FREE use of washer/dryer, refrigerator, freezer and Wireless internet.
Located 1.5 miles from 10, 57, 60, 71. Only 3 miles from Cal Poly, Pomona - 4 minutes walking to bus stop. 5-8 minutes by car to restaurants, Walmart, Target, banks, Costco, 99 Ranch Market, Kohl's and much more.

Everyone is always out walking their dog or riding a bike. There is plenty nearby and there are lots of shops just a few miles south. The room itself is a great size, plenty of space for all my belongings. The bathroom is a generous size and I never encountered any issues with other roommates regarding its use. As for the kitchen, I really like the setup and layout. There was plenty of counter space for things we liked or needed to have out. There was plenty of space in the fridge and freezer. My cupboard space was so ample for all my baking supplies, Tubberware, as well as all of my food. An efficient washer and dryer is all a plus. The home was filled with respectful young ladies.
