Everyone is always out walking their dog or riding a bike. There is plenty nearby, including a grocery store, and there are lots of shops just a few miles south. There is freeway access within a mile or so and buses running to Cal Poly all day. If you want a quiet clean place to call home, this is it!! The room itself is a great size, plenty of space for all of my belongings. The bathroom is a generous size and I never encountered any issues with other roommates regarding its use. As for the kitchen, I really like the setup and layout. There was plenty of counter space for things we liked or needed to have out. There was plenty of space in the fridge and freezer. My cupboard space was also ample for all my baking supplies, Tupperware, as well as all of my food. An efficient washer and dryer is also a plus. The home was filled with respectful young ladies.
