Inside a gated community with hardwood floors in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms, our cottages offer the peace and quiet living of a house while still staying in the college budget. Our two bedroom cottages only share with one other unit and come in either a flat or townhome style. **SELECT UNITS PET FRIENDLY** The units are not furnished, but do come with all the necessary appliances (I.E. washer and dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal). All units are pre-wired with security so you will only have to pay the monitoring fee if you so choose to get it set up. Included in the rent is trash, recycling, and pest control. Power, water, and cable/internet go into your name, but we do offer cable/internet free at the clubhouse if you would rather just come up here to watch a game or do some homework. As well the Wi-Fi does extend all the way out to the end of the pool so you may do homework while relaxing in the sun. As far as the community goes we have all the amenities you could dream of here. Our pool is one of the most famous in town due to its circle graph structure for sun bathing. We also have a tennis court, beach volleyball court, basketball court, walking trail, and 24 hour access to the club house. Within the clubhouse we offer free printing from the business center (bring your own paper though), a fitness center, showers in the bathrooms from the fitness center, and two lounges one with 2 pool tables for you and your guest to enjoy.
