Within the complex, the community amenities such as the pool and hot tub, charcoal BBQ grills and picnic tables, and a cute grassy area right front of the unit are available for residents' use. This rental is within walking distance of an in-and-out and a Starbucks when you need a late night snack or an early morning coffee to fuel your day! This listing also includes a one-car garage, with additional uncovered parking lots located within the complex (Note: no additional permits are required to park at the uncovered parking lots). The condo itself is an open floor plan with a spacious great room, a master bedroom on the same level, with a flight of stairs leading to a second loft-style bedroom.
