Within the complex, the community amenities such as the pool and hot tub, charcoal BBQ grills and picnic tables, and a cute grassy area right front of the unit are available for residents' use. This rental is within walking distance of an in-and-out and a Starbucks when you need a late night snack or an early morning coffee to fuel your day! This listing also includes a one-car garage, with additional uncovered parking lots located within the complex (Note: no additional permits are required to park at the uncovered parking lots).
