Walk to Safeway, CVS, Yes! organic market, and fun Petworth eateries on Georgia Ave, Upsher St, 14th St and Kennedy St. Previous housemates and myself wanted to maintain the home as a quiet refuge after a busy workday, so please follow house rules such no overnight guests, limit day guests to the weekends, no parties/drugs/smoking.
