Income Requirements: Minimum combined household gross monthly income: 2.5x rent ($6,875/month). Income must be verifiable through pay stubs, tax returns, or employer verification. Rental History: Positive rental references required for the past 2 3 years. No prior evictions or unlawful detainer filings | No outstanding balances owed to past landlords. Employment: Current employment required; stable work history preferred. Criminal Background: Criminal history will be reviewed in accordance with WA State law. Convictions that may pose a risk to property or resident safety may be grounds for denial. Application fee (charged by Zillow) covers credit and background checks. Applications will be processed in the order received. All applications must be submitted through Zillow. We accept Zillow's reusable tenant screening reports (valid for 30 days) at no additional cost. Applicants must still provide current income, employment, and rental history verification.
