No pets are allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a limit of one pet 50 pounds or less and a $100 non-refundable deposit. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pets. Check-out time is 12 pm sharp. Do not move furniture around. If furniture is not returned to its original location upon check-out, there will be an additional $50 furniture fee charged. Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the platform you booked on. Upon confirmation of booking, the primary adult guest must send over a photo of ID (just the front is required) as per the building's security rules.
