Renting out the extra bedroom in my house starting as early as October 26th (Nov 1 OK). You share a newly remodeled bathroom with one other person who is very clean and has lived here 5 years. You can do month to month or a one year lease depending on your preference. Rent will never increase. The bedroom is approximately 13' x 15' with 18 foot ceilings, fan, big windows with a beautiful view of the sunset and Sea World fireworks display and closet. The bathroom is only a few feet away from the bedroom. You'll have access to all the common areas including the large kitchen with gas range, microwave, new fridge and new dishwasher, as well as living room, outdoor space, BBQ, etc. House has central heating and air, bbq, hot tub, fire pit, easy free parking, and is only 2 minutes from Mission bay and 5 minutes from mission beach, ocean beach, pacific beach. Great backyard with view of USD campus. No freeway noise or airport noise. Really awesome neighbors. Plenty of parking, washer and dryer in garage. 4 other men live here in our mid 30s. We are all active, work full time, and are rarely out of our bedrooms. You would think only 2 people live here because of how clean and quiet it is. We have quiet hours between 10pm and 6am to allow everyone to rest at night. I am looking for a clean, friendly roommate to move in. Well behaved cats and dogs ok. Requirement: must be clean dogs, house trained etc. No drugs, no bringing the party home. Having friends/family over for a BBQ is always welcome. House is located on a quiet road with no thru traffic in a safe neighborhood. There are great biking, hiking, and dog walking trails within a 5 minute walk from the front door.
