The stylish living room offers a cozy, open-concept layout perfect for relaxing or gathering, with modern boho decor, a decorative fireplace, a 55" Roku Smart TV, and comfortable seating. The dining area includes a brand-new dining table that comfortably seats six, perfect for meals, games, or planning your Tucson adventures. The home also includes a GE washer and dryer for extended stays and an EcoBee smart thermostat to keep you comfortable year-round. Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of four dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair, and if any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. The primary renter must be 18 or older, sign a rental agreement, and provide a valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay, and subleasing is prohibited.
