The water comes under the house, the house sits a top pilings and is directly over the water. The bathroom has a bathtub & shower. It also has cozy heated, textured, stone floors. You can expect a lot of privacy and peace, the other townhouse-like unit is totally separated and private. You can gaze out many windows and watch salmon jump, sea otters swim and dive, seals, herons, eagles, minnows sparkle, hummingbirds zip around, and you may be be lucky enough to catch an orca visit. Nature and peace about this unique habitat. The port offers activity, and boats majestically come and go. At night, you can watch downtown Tacoma, the Stadium District, and Ruston twinkle across the water and even catch fireworks shows from Cheney Stadium. The house is set at the perfect angle to catch the earliest sun and beautiful, bold moon sets. You won't find anything like this, ever. Please feel free to ask any questions! Utilities are divided between the two, totally separate town-house units. Water is provided from well, so water charges are lower than usual. Other utilities include: electricity, internet, garbage/recycle, tv, and annual $90 well fee (once yearly, in July). First month, last month, and deposit are due at move in. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. If a pet is requested, there is an additional monthly pet rent and additional non-refundable pet fee.
