Fully furnished four bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the second and third floors of a duplex in Berlin available for rent on November 1, 2025 for a one year lease. Shorter lease term negotiable. The lower level of the apartment contains the bathroom, one queen bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and sunporch. The upper level of the apartment contains three bedrooms (two queens and one twin). This apartment was recently renovated. This apartment includes the following utilities: heat (oil heat), hot water (on demand system), water/sewer, internet, and Philo TV streaming service. Electricity is not included. All TVs are smart TVs and you would be welcome to utilize any other streaming service subscriptions that you have (such as Netflix, YouTubeTV, Hulu, etc.). Trash removal is provided by the city. Snow removal is included. This rental includes all furnishings. All large furniture items would need to stay in the apartment. Smaller furniture items can either be left in the apartment or they can be removed. The addition of any substantial furniture items would need to be addressed on a case by case basis. The monthly rent is $2,000 per month. A security deposit of $2,000 is required at the lease signing. We will also require a rental application, including a credit check and background check. The rental application fee is $45 per individual over 18 years old. Prior to completing the paid credit/background check, there is a free pre-screener, which is required to be completed prior to a showing being scheduled. No pets and no smoking.
