Guests can enjoy resort-style amenities such as a lagoon pool, lazy river, and gym. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If you bring a pet without previous authorization, you will be charged a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. In case of any signs of smoking in the house, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax charged. There will be an additional $100 fee plus tax charged for an excessive amount of trash left in the house or overflowing bins. Guest agrees not to set the temperature lower than 70F or above 78F degrees.
