This is a beautiful cozy home in a very friendly neighborhood. The backyard is fenced with swing set where kids can enjoy and play and the parents can watch from the kitchen while getting their work done. We bumped out the kitchen and living room (addition 830 sq ft) to get more family play area. There is a sprinkler system in the yard as well. We got new carpets installed and the whole house painted. Grocery stores are not too far and so are the major highways and routes like I-95, Rt.32, Rt.29 The minimum expected is 1 year but the more the better. The renter pays for water, gas and electricity and maintaining the yard, that is mowing etc.
