    What's special

    Beautiful 2bd 1.5ba with attached garage. We will be putting brand new flooring in the living room soon, but it has brand new windows installed by home depot less than a year ago, an awesome tuff shed(She Shed)put in the back yard less than a year ago, new hot water heater maybe a year old, the sockets have all been changed out, a brand new leach field put in less than 6 months ago, and the septic was pumped less than 6 months ago. We have also replaced the toilets, installed a barn door for the half bath, it has brand new outlets throughout the house, and LED lights all through the house. This house is all electric and the average bill for our 4 person household is $140 a month. We use the wood stove in the winter and we have a exhaust fan that takes the heat from the stove and disperses it to the two bedrooms. In the summer there is maybe 10 days where you need a cooler. We plug a little 110 in the window and it stays nice and cool. The garage has storage built in and a work bench with outlets through out. The shed out back and work benches and added storage above. The pictures I put on here do not do this house justice. But they are there to give you an idea of what the property looks like. This house is move in ready!! And there is no HOA here!!!
