Celebrities Jack Lord, Herb Alpert, and so many others lived in this complex during the '70s. The four-building apartment compound has a beautiful lobby with historic paintings of Hawaii's history. Gymnasium, library, and pool available (may have limited opening due to pandemic). Handicapped access to elevator is from garage to third floor. There is a tub in main bathroom and walk-in shower in master bathroom. Co-owner landlords are retired high school vice principal and a Honolulu Police detective (CID); both live nearby to assist tenants whenever needed. Monthly leasing, but longer terms are negotiable. Rent includes all utilities or extra charges for parking. Renter just pays the monthly rent, which covers everything. The Homeowner's Association does not allow smoking. Currently, due to the pandemic, usage of the pool and exercise room may be limited. One covered parking stall. Lots of guest parking available.
