    Sellers had the parcel(s) -( as they own 4 B Kayleigh Lane also and they are adjacent to one another) - remarked by a surveyor in 2022, so they are easier to identify by purchasers. View the parcels at your leisure and depending on the time of the year, you will be able to drive back to parcels. There is a 2 rut road leading to the property that is not a county road, so it isn't maintained. We have been told that Lake Bailey is a great lake in which to fish for perch and pike. Lake Bailey is a shallow lake and is 204 acres with an average depth of 3' to 6'. TOTALLY OFF THE GRID and at this time ( 2023 ), no dwellings have been constructed by the various owners. It is buyers responsibility to contact the electric company, well and septic, etc to find out cost of these services. All information believed to be accurate but not warranted.
