The living room "sofa" is actually a day bed and can be slept on. All linens and pillows are provided. The house is ON the water. It is a NON-Smoking apt. The apartment has been freshly painted and is FULLY furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped, new stove and microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven and an electric kettle. All utensils, glassware, cutlery and tableware are provided. Cookware is also provided. Since the refrigerator does not have an ice maker, a countertop model is provided. 2 dog(s) up to 40 lbs. ok. I'm sorry, NO cats. Housekeeping services cleaning, towels and bed lines are changed every 2 weeks. The housekeeper can either do your personal laundry, at a charge of $20.00 per hour or you can use the washer and dryer in the basement. The house manager lives on the ground floor. Guests can join for meals, NO parties, but a maximum of 4 adults can stay overnight. Summer Rental. The initial month has the possibility of being extended into July, at an additional cost. Owner pays for water and electricity. Maximum 2 dog(s). NO cats. Non-Smoking. The month's payment is due PRIOR to move-in (lease date). A damage deposit of $1,000.00 is also required prior to moving in. The damage deposit will be returned, in full upon vacating if there has been no damage to the property.
