First months rent along with security deposit due upon lease signing.
$2,500 per month, plus $2,500 security deposit.
$40 non refundable application fee for background/credit check.

Includes high speed WIFI and driveway parking for 3 vehicles and steps to the beach. Electric and propane gas fees will be responsibility of tenant for rental term with range of $150-$400 monthly depending on use. No smoking or pets.
