Ideal for young professional. Listed under "NO FEE," because there is no brokerage fees. However, there are building fees imposed by the Coop. Application fee is $250, co-signor is additional $110. Building requires a non-refundable fee of $100 when you move in and $100 when moving out along with refundable $250 security. One month holding fee/ security deposit and one month rent due after my pre-qualification assessment. I will be conducting my own credit/ background check. It will cost $35 per applicant/ co-signor.
