Oversized 2-car garage. Renter is responsible for all utilities (electricity, water, garbage). No smoking allowed in house. Landlord will mow meadow twice a year. Renter must mow out to 25 feet from house in all directions and maintain all plantings within 25 feet of house. No more than one vehicle may be parked outside house (except for short-term guests). No inoperative vehicles will be parked outside garage. No guests may stay in house for more than one week without landlord's prior permission. No illegal activities may be permitted on the property (including but not limited to drug usage or production, or underage drinking). No outside burning of materials will be permitted, even if a county burn restriction is not in effect. No fireworks will be used on the property. No guns will be discharged on the property. Landlord may enter the property at any reasonable time with reasonable notice, as determined by landlord.
