The windows on three sides provide cross ventilation and plenty of light with no direct sun beating on the large sliding windows. There is a portable AC unit for the few days that trade winds do not blow. Easy to maintain tile floor, vaulted ceiling and a high quality marine carpet on the deck. Bare feet do not burn or slip on this deck. Molokai is a 1950's place and the condo is furnished to fit in. It has updated appliances and a remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Bed is king size. There are two sets of dishes. Pfaltzgraff for the beach and china for use in the condo. Both fit in the dishwasher. The condo is set in a quiet corner of the complex. It is like living in private garden setting because of the surrounding vegetation. This is not the normal dark, cave like condo!
