We are renting our fully furnished home that we have owned for over 30 years. Three months is the minimum lease term and up to nine months is possible. The only inaccessible area is over the garage which is used for our storage. It's an exceptionally beautiful home inside and out with many upgrades and a lot of privacy. The house sits on nearly an acre of wooded land adjacent to a creek. It is on a quiet street with a short walk to the elementary and middle schools. In addition, it is close to all the shops, restaurants and amenities in the Village. Our preference is for no pets but we will consider on a case-by-case basis. Three months minimum lease term and up to nine months is possible. Owner pays for water and sewer, lawnmowing and snowplowing. Gas and electric will be kept in the owners name and billed quarterly to the renter.
