We are renting our fully furnished home that we have owned for over 30 years. Six months minimum lease and possibly up to one year. The only inaccessible area is over the garage which is used for our storage. It's an exceptionally beautiful home inside and out with many upgrades and a lot of privacy. The house sits on a quiet street and is very close to the elementary and middle schools. In addition, it is a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and amenities in the Village. Our strong preference is for no pets but we will consider on a case-by-case basis. Owner pays for water and sewer, lawnmowing and snowplowing. Gas and electric will be kept in the owners name and billed quarterly to the renter.
