We are looking for very clean, quiet tenants. 1BR, living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 full bathroom. Great set-up for a single occupant or a couple. The apartment is fully furnished with new, clean, stylish furniture (mostly from IKEA and Pottery Barn), including curtains, rugs, bed linens and towels, so you only need to bring your suitcase. You'll have exclusive use of the fully fenced-in backyard with outdoor table and chairs. Maintained by us, but you're most welcome to garden if that's your thing. On-street parking, Linden street is a very quiet street so finding a spot is never an issue.
