No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
