It is one block from Indy's Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall and the Statehouse, two blocks to the Convention Center and museums, a 5-minute walk to Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and a 10-minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station, next to TJ Maxx and the circle.
No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents may result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
