General info to review BEFORE applying: Your monthly gross income must total three times (3x) the monthly rent amount to qualify. Applicant must provide a minimum of two (2) paystubs and/or proof of income through bank statements showing direct deposits. The application fee is $40.00 per person. All adults 18+ who'll be residing at the premises are required to apply, and will be listed thusly on the lease. Photo ID required on application (you can snap a picture with your phone), along with social security number(s) for screening and identification purposes. We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants. Any prior evictions or felonies within the past 10 years will render applicant/s ineligible for residency. Once we screen (and potentially accept) you, we'll show you the property in-person. Provided you love it and want to move forward, we'll require a deposit to hold for the (full) security deposit. Then, anytime before move-in day we require the remaining security along with first & last month's rent. First & last month's rent, along with total security deposit, MUST be paid in full prior to taking possession of the property We allow pets under the condition that the security deposit be increased according to your individual situation. Greenzang does not accept applicants utilizing a subsidized housing program, such as Section 8, at this time.
