The house has a huge fenced backyard, a dog's paradise! It has plenty of shade, 2 large gardens, inflatable hot tub, fruit trees (apricot, pear, apple & a new peach tree), fire pit, patio with outdoor seating, backyard chickens and a brand-new shed which is currently being used as a gym! Google fiber internet. The apartment has an open floor plan with a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are a good size (larger than able to be captured in the pictures). The carpet and flooring are new. Washer/Dryer in common storage area along with a BONUS extra bathroom in the common area. Ample street parking that has tree coverage and no parking pass required. We live in the upstairs unit, 2 of us and a border collie. We are looking for someone to fill the space who is interested in being a part of a little community. Our friends across the street come over to help garden regularly. We are looking for someone open-minded, friendly, professional and courteous of others. Ideally in their 30's but open to other age groups. We enjoy gardening, spending time outside, traveling, coffee, hiking with the pup, craft beers, house projects, etc. I've got a sweet border collie who gets along with most dogs as long as they aren't too jumpy. Ideally if you have a dog, they should meet to make sure they'd be a good fit together. Please no more than 2 people to reside in the unit. Sorry, no cats due to an allergy. Available approximately August 6th. Lease term flexible from 4 to 12 months, as long as it does not end mid-Dec to mid-Jan. 1 dog max and must be well behaved & housebroken.
