The bathroom is spotless and features plush towels. Included in our amenity package are a starter supply of Nest bath products as well as detergents. This condo comes with on-site parking. A workstation with a 32" monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). Single beds can be joined into a king-size bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n' play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging and is just a short stroll from multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. Charlotte's renowned greenway is less than a half mile away. From there, you can bike, run, or walk along the 30 miles of trails. Our property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
