Applicants must have current photo id and valid social security number. Applicant must receive positive references from all previous landlords from all previous 3 years. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed 3 times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicants must be non-smokers. A background check will be conducted on all applicants. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsiblilty. For consideration, please submit application with request.
