When you don't want to venture outside the apartment enjoy your stunning private patio (one of only 5 in the building) staring out at the Hudson river, the westside heliport, the highline, all of Hudson yards and empire state building. During Covid we have turned this into our home office, and we host friends and family as it's a safe, private and an incredibly unique space. The building also has a partnership with Hudson Yards where we have our own private Covid Testing Center, access to private events throughout all of HY, weekly free offers at restaurants such as Milos and the Tavern, the building really just does an incredible job taking care of its tenants (and the staff here is above and beyond).
