Our midterm rental properties operate under a short-term residential lease agreement, tailored for fully furnished stays between one and six months. Each lease defines a specific term with clear check-in and check-out dates, and extensions are not automatic they must be mutually agreed upon in writing. These properties are ideal for professionals, medical travelers, or individuals in transition who need flexible housing without long-term commitments. Monthly rent is due by the 7th of each month, with a security deposit required to secure the reservation. Cancellations made after a specified non-refundable date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
