Unit 809 was professionally remodeled on July 30,2021 by a local and well known furniture company. All new furniture was placed in the livingroom and both bedrooms. The large dining room table and 6 chairs were redone by someone local to pcb as well. The ac was replaced in August of 21 with a 2 ton unit. Brand new 55in TV was mounted on the wall in the livinroom to help with space. Washer, dryer, and refrigerator were replaced in August of 2023.This is a 2 bedroom two bath with bunk beds that will comfortably sleep 8. The couch is a queen sleeper sofa perfect to lounge on after a hot day on the beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed with 42 in tv mounted on the wall and the guest bedroom is a queen bed with a small TV mounted on the wall. This unit has done well on the rental program since I purchased it. Some items will not convey with sale of property.
