The kitchen is equipped with a modern appliances including refrigerator with filtered water and ice machine, electric oven/stovetop, microwave, and compact dishwasher. As a furnished apartment the unit is stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee and spice set. Three wood floor bedrooms make for cozy sleeping spaces. Each bedroom has a full closet and is equipped with it's own heater and thermostat. As a furnished rental, two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one has a twin day bed that extends to a full. Full subway-tile bathroom includes shower and bathtub. Natural light pours in from a west-facing window. The front patio, tucked behind a privacy gate, is a perfect spot for an evening drink or use it to store your bike, stroller, or other gear. Table and seating is available as a furnished unit. The larger backyard is shared as you wish! There is a BBQ available in the larger backyard. Our friendly two dogs will welcome a visit from you or ball thrown if you are a dog person! Prime Location: Located in the highly desirable Admiral neighborhood, you're just a short walk to local restaurants, breweries, shops, and the historic Admiral Theatre. California Junction is a quick 1-mile bike ride away, and Alki Beach is just 1 mile west. Public transit is steps away, with quick access to the West Seattle Bridge and the water taxi to downtown. About Us: We (the owners) live in the downstairs dubplex we are a quiet, professional couple in our late 30s who deeply care about this home. We value both privacy and community and are happy to keep to ourselves or share a backyard beer. Our two overly affectionate dogs live with us, so we unfortunately can't accommodate additional pets upstairs at this time. Note: We recognize that moving into a new place can be costly upfront. We are flexible on payment of the security deposit. We can spread this payment out over time, depending on your lease length. For year long leases, we can spread this deposit payment up to 6 months if needed. $1500 security damage deposit. Flexible lease terms! 1 month minimum. Utilities are included.
