This apartment is a 4/4 but I am subleasing one room for the summer. The room comes with a bedroom, connected bath, and connected private study area. You have your own personal washer and dryer as well. The room also comes with a microwave and mini fridge. The room has a door that leads into the common area and kitchen. Due to placement of the room, no one lives above the apartment which makes it very quiet. The other roommates are pre med majors so they are constantly studying and thus aren't loud or noisy roommates. You are also walking distance from the FSU campus. The apartment complex has great amenities such as a saltwater pool, gym, tanning beds, and a large Art Deco lounge for studying or socializing. I'm desperate to find someone to sublease because I will be in Orlando doing an internship.
