I have one room left rents for$900. it has a queen size bed, two nightstands, two different dressers, a recliner and your own private bath. There is parking for 5 cars. The rooms are for 1 person only, NO Pets, No Smoking, No Excessive Drinking, No Drugs, No Slobs, and this is not a party house for having people over frequently. We are looking for no drama people, do not except anyone accused of a felony in the last five years, no violent misdemeanors and never have been evicted. Each tenant will have to have a free background check done. No smoking or vaping in the house or on the porches-20 ' from house.
