We reside in the "Country Club Estates" neighborhood, and are a 7mn walk to Clearwater Country Club (public access available) ~25mn drive to Tampa, centrally located near TPA and PIE airports, and 5mn from beautiful Dunedin. There is a bus stop in our neighborhood, 2mn walk away that can take you all over Pinellas county. The place is on 0.75 acres in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of privacy - 10ft tall hedges shield the yard from street view, large lot, and building is ~100 yards from any neighbors. Free dedicated parking spot in our driveway that you will always have access to. Never need to move your cars for us. You'll be able to use our patio with a smoker, fire pit, and sofa / table set. Quiet, young professional couple are the landlords, and we stay in the other building on the property. Ideally we'd seek retired renters looking to enjoy what Clearwater has to offer during the winter season. We don't want anyone looking to party / be noisy. We are flexible on terms, but rent price listed is for long term lease - shorter may be higher. Only message if you're serious - we do require down payment and security deposit. Price does not include utilities - we have separate water and electricity readouts for that building. Wifi is free as we're already paying for it. You are welcome to use our Netflix account.
