This trailer is apart of a 34 unit trailer park in the San Jacinto area near a park, schools, grocery store, laundromat, and has a bus stop directly in front of the trailer park. Tenant is responsible for Electric, Water, and filling the propane tanks. Owner pays for Trash and Sewage. One parking space per tenant--guests park outside. Total move in cost is first & last months rent plus a security and cleaning deposit and a utility deposit which equals $2,350. Must show proof of all income and pass a background check for every tenant over the age of 18 years old. Small pets (up to 25lbs full grown are permitted with pet deposit).
