There are bus stops in front of California Palms and a very nice SJ City Park across street with a regulation concrete basketball court. Everything in CA Palms is very nicely decorated with palms and red bark. Most units are in a condominium setting. Bark is replaced every year or as needed (as is other landscaping). A gardener is included along with a live-in maintenance man and manager. Pests are sprayed twice annually. The park is very safe and we have a good, long term relationship with the local Sheriff's Department. The property includes two houses, two studios, and 27 mobile homes. The units include all ages (from newborn to independent 100 year olds). Refrigerators are available to rent as needed. Video Monitoring is used throughout the park and includes the mail boxes. California Palms is a low cost and safe community to live in. Should any problems occur they are handled immediately by management as we keep California Palms, a great place to live... Owner is responsible for trash sewer and utility delivery. Tenants are responsible for use of electricity, water and gas. An outside company reads each individual meter and charges for rent. An invoice is provided by them monthy.
